Change of Heart

I'm actually extra happy today because Mr. Sun finally decided to show up! Well, I love it when it rains , you'd get the chance to wear sweaters, add layers and all that jazz, but please rain when I have nowhere to go! Traffic can be really crazy and I hate it. :P

Anyway, looook! I'm wearing a skirt...again! (pats self on the back)! I'm now into skirts! One of the things I've been wanting to love but just can't, and now, I've had a change of heart. I am now a self-confessed skirt lover. Lol, whuuut?

Electric Blue

Is it just me or is Chilly Manila gone? Where did it go? It left us when we asked it to stay, and it came when we didn't even ask it to. HAHAHA. Lol, whuuut? Pardon my cuh-raay-zee mind. Oh well, let's just be contented with what we have, alright? If we are good with that, then I think we can proceed to my outfit post. :)

If you follow me on Instagram or Twitter (@thejjjaaaccc on both platforms), then you might have seen my post that says that I'm back to my first love: NEUTRALS! There is really something nice about things in neutral colors, it's really relaxing and pleasing to the eyes. 

Neutral colored clothes are really easy to style, play around with and best to use when experimenting. But in this post, I chose to turn things up a bit by wearing my soon-to-die-because-its-so-overused electric blue flats.Can you blame me? They're just too comfortable and chic. O.O

You don't usually see me wear skirts, but when I do, it's either I have to or I just love the skirt a lot, in this case, it's the latter. Well, who wouldn't? The print is super pretty and the material used is just...❤. It leaves me speechless. HAHAHA. Oh and this used to belong to Kryz Uy, I bought this during Bloggers United 4.

Bliss

Have you been experiencing a blissful life? (This question is answerable by yes and of course!) :) I would love it if the world would suddenly feel all carefree and excited. Happiness comes from within. So, to feel genuinely happy, you should have a heart that would look forward to seeing the sunlight after a gloomy day. Omit the negative and focus on the positive! Are we clear with that? HAHAHA. 

Okay, okay. Enough of the "happiness" stuff. So, I actually wore this cozy outfit to do some errands and last-minute stuff. What could go wrong with a cropped top and shorts? :) Ms. Comfy is (definitely) back! 

Manila's weather has been really shocking! Mornings are now colder than ever (which makes getting-out-of-bed, harder than the usual). And don't get me started with night-time! I'm not complaining, I actually wish this weather would stay with us up to March! Then give way to...SUMMER! 

Bought these electric blue babies during my recent trip to Malaysia. I actually have another pair in black. :)

Of All Things Comfy

Looking at these photos makes me miss Singapore! But I can say that I enjoy Philippines more. Well, this place is what I call home and my loved ones are here! Nothing can beat that. Anyway, this is another better-late-than-never post. These were actually taken during Christmas Day. 2012 was really different, I experienced a lot of firsts, and this trip was one of 'em. It was my first time to celebrate Christmas in a different country. If you're the type of person who loves to celebrate Christmas, I don't recommend Singapore to you. Christmas isn't that big in their country (compared to ours). :) 

Since, I knew that this will be a fun-filled day/adventure time, I decided to wear something comfy but still chic. I got this top from Lissa Kahayon's booth during BU4 and I think this top lives up to her blog's name: Scene Stealer. I got tons of compliments (and stares). 

I opted for the laid-back vibe, hence the sandals and my favorite bag. And an idea just popped into my random brain, i'll try to style this top differently next time. I'll add more spunk and edginess to it. Let's see what happens. HAHAHA.

If you're thinking of going to Singapore anytime soon, make sure you carry your self to Sentosa and try Luge. I consider that as the best part of my trip. I wish we have one of those here in the Philippines. :(

I've been really busy again. My OJT resumed 2 days ago and it really takes most of my time. But I know this will end soon, and when that happens, expect some "I miss my OJT office" rants. Hahaha.

Today is the day. This certain law will take effect and invade our so-called private-social-media-lives. To everyone checking our every post, touch our blogs and you'll... Nevermind. I think they should focus on other issues that needs more attention and improvement. 

It's raining again, the weather cries with us, our freedom has been taken away from us. Oh well, enough of that and on to my post. For a day filled with school-stuff-making, I opted to wear something colorful. Well, if I wore something dark, my mood might go with the color.

Nautical

I just can't stop myself from wearing this top! This time, to get that Nautical-look, I paired it with red shorts. I actually wore this outfit to the beach (Ilocos, Day 3). Check my Travel Diary here and here. 

After the Brick Road, here comes the Brick Wall! Ilocos is very beautiful. Even the walls are useful! HAHAHA.

Rainbow Slide

 The new Robinsons Magnolia looks extremely amazing! Most of the shops are still closed but I still enjoyed my visit tho. We tried Big Better Burgers and OMG! you guys should try it too! That epic moment when the food looks good and tastes awesome! 

I wore a colorful shirt, so I made sure everything else is neutral, hence my shorts and button-up top (used as a cardigan). 

Before I went to the mall, I decided to slide on a rainbow and this is what happened. A colorful doodle-ish shirt. (Too bad the picture color ruined everything. :/ )

Epic Nails! Thanks to Ate Bea of Nail It! Greenhills for doing my nails every time I go there. :] Oh! I also tried Nail It!'s Hand Paraffin. It's one of those "tiis-ganda" moments. You'll dip your hand in the paraffin wax (which is a tad bit HOT), then they'll wrap your hands in a plastic then put it in the super cute gloves. Okay, you've seen this top and shorts before. Sorry for repeating tons of items. It's summertime which means no school, which means I don't have gold bars/money. Oh and my post title explains it all, or maybe not. Let me just say that my my closet isn't a bottomless pit and money doesn't grow on trees. Actually, mixing and matching clothes is fun, you'll get the chance to discover and reinvent clothes yourself. Anyway, this is what I wore to Bench X ANTM at Trinoma. More about that on my next post.
