Of All Things Comfy

Looking at these photos makes me miss Singapore! But I can say that I enjoy Philippines more. Well, this place is what I call home and my loved ones are here! Nothing can beat that. Anyway, this is another better-late-than-never post. These were actually taken during Christmas Day. 2012 was really different, I experienced a lot of firsts, and this trip was one of 'em. It was my first time to celebrate Christmas in a different country. If you're the type of person who loves to celebrate Christmas, I don't recommend Singapore to you. Christmas isn't that big in their country (compared to ours). :)
Since, I knew that this will be a fun-filled day/adventure time, I decided to wear something comfy but still chic. I got this top from Lissa Kahayon's booth during BU4 and I think this top lives up to her blog's name: Scene Stealer. I got tons of compliments (and stares).
I opted for the laid-back vibe, hence the sandals and my favorite bag. And an idea just popped into my random brain, i'll try to style this top differently next time. I'll add more spunk and edginess to it. Let's see what happens. HAHAHA.
If you're thinking of going to Singapore anytime soon, make sure you carry your self to Sentosa and try Luge. I consider that as the best part of my trip. I wish we have one of those here in the Philippines. :(
Nails by Ate Mhalen of  Nail It! Salon Greenhills. ♥ Oh and don't you just love my case? I bought this for 80php at Seph and Shai's (aka Love Chic) booth during the recently concluded Bloggers United Bazaar.

I've been really busy again. My OJT resumed 2 days ago and it really takes most of my time. But I know this will end soon, and when that happens, expect some "I miss my OJT office" rants. Hahaha.
Photos were taken by my brother! Again, thanks Brothaaa! ♥

Travel Diary: Singapore (Part 2)

This day was filled with all things random and beautiful. Let me show you more of Singapore through photos and captions.

The view from the top. My cousin's place was situated at the 11th floor. Which gives us a very breathtaking view.
Clementi Road! Can you spot the double-decker bus? We actually had the chance to ride that bus. T'was a whole lot of fun. I wish we have one of those here in the Philippines. HAHAHA.
The very intricate interior design of Marina Bay Sands.
I couldn't stop myself from taking a photo of Singapore's Skyline. ♥
And of course, the ever so famous Marina Bay Sands. ♥
Another famous attraction that you can see in Singapore, the Singapore Flyer.
We were also able to visit the very busy, Orchard Road. During Christmas Season, the streets and buildings along Orchard is filled with pretty lights and other christmas decorations. And at night, performers would fill the sides of the road. So, you'll be entertained while on your way to your favorite shop.

That's it for another fun-filled day at Singapore. I have more posts coming up soon, so watch out for that.
Enjoy the first weekend of the year! Have a great day ahead! ♥

Daylight

That Singapore Trip was the perfect way to cap off that fun-filled year. For our third day in Singapore, we went to the Botanical Garden- that explains the super green background. That place is filled with Filipinos. We stayed there for an hour and decided to leave early because we have other places to go to.
As for my outfit, I decided to take this DIY Ombre top for another spin then paired it with my favorite blue shorts. Well, Singapore's weather can be like ours. It can be extremely hot for a minute, then the wind will unexpectedly come and rape your hair. HAHAHA. But still, we can't compete with the cleanliness and orderliness that they have. Everything is just so... Organized. And I like that! :)
Don't you love my nails? Thanks to Ate Mhalen of Nail It! Greenhills for making my nails picture-ready! HAHAHA. So far, this is my favorite! The colors and the print = match made in heaven! ♥
I'm a self-confessed galaxy print addict. :P One of these days, i'll wear my galaxy printed top again and bring this super pretty scarf with me. ♥

I think it's about time that you get involved in this crazy life of mine. HAHAHA. Lol, I kid. :P All of my outfit shots (during our trip), were taken by my brothaaaa.

Travel Diary: Singapore (Part 1)

How are you guys doing? Is 2013 treating you right? I hope everyone's having a great time! Anyway, if you've read my previous posts, you'd probably know that I visited Singapore and Malaysia. Singapore is a very clean country. Very refreshing and calming. This makes me want to go back. HAHAHA. Anyway, let me take you to a very short "Virtual Trip" to Singapore.

For our first day, we went to Little India, and I think the name of the place speaks for itself. ♥ We just saw this eye-catching structure while on our way to Mustafa, and I couldn't stop myself from taking a photo.
Singapore also has lots of shopping center. And that made my heart skip a beat. Malls are actually situated almost beside each other. ♥ This huge Christmas Tree greeted us upon arriving at the City Square Mall.
And look what I found inside? A very feather-y tree! Isn't this adorbs?
And this is what I call heaven. HAHAHA. Lol. I actually posted this photo on my Instagram (@thejjjaaaccc). The amount of shoes in Mustafa Center is too damn high! HAHAHAHA.
Tourist Mode: ON! Camera: ü | Shades: ü | Map: ü !
Oh and look at all those shoes? O.O

Told you this is going to be short. But I hope you still enjoyed it. I'll show you more of Singapore on my next posts. Enjoy the day! Smile and spread the good vibes. ♥

New Beginning

A new year, a new beginning. The perfect time to change. If you've been bad, in any way, last year, this is the right time to make things right. Not just with the way you live but also with the way you treat the others. Make this year, your year! As stated in the photo above, let's start the year right, stay positive and never stop dreaming! ♥
Since today is the very first day of the year and I don't want to feel sad and all, I wanted to wear something shiny and bright. Hence the shiny top and the bright orange shorts. I personally believe that wearing bright pieces can instantly brighten up your day.
As we all know, people usually to wear garments with polka dots on New Year's Eve.  Since I don't have anything with that kind of print, I decided to have my nails painted with DOTS! Thanks again to Ate Mhalen of Nail It! Salon Greenhills! ♥
Don't you just love this bag? I bought this during my trip to Singapore. It's actually a 3-in-1 bag. It can function as a backpack, handbag and a sling bag. Talk about hitting 3 birds with 1 stone! HAHAHA. :P

Top and Bracelet - BU4 | Shorts - Greenhills | Watch & Bag - Singapore | Rings - Romwe

Again, make this year, your year! Own it! We all can! Happy New Year Everyone! ♥
I'm off to Makati for our annual family reunion! Cheers to a bright year ahead of us! :)
