Casualty of Love

A quick outfit post! I just noticed that I've been wearing a lot of red lately. Well, July is my birthday month! And it's best to celebrate it by wearing this so-called lucky color! Hahaha.
To add more color, I decided to take this baby out! Blue and Orange = match made in heaven! ♥
I have tons of Snapshots lined up. But for now, i'll leave y'all with an outfit post. You'll be seeing this cutesy rounded shades from Romwe and a lot more. :)

Taking Chances

Aside from the book of Molly McAdams (which I just finished reading! Team Chase or Team Brandon? Hahahah. Anyway...), here I am taking my chances while the sun was up and brightly shining on my life. It was the perfect day to wear a full-on denim outfit!
I know this outfit has summer painted all over it, but hey! That's the best part when you live in a country like ours! It's like summer all-year... well, minus the beach trips, sleepless nights and hanging out with your friends.
This denim jumper (or whatever you call it) was actually a gift from my dad. He bought it when he went to Japan. I just wish I came with him. Boohoo. Oh well, at least my dad has great taste too. This is just one of the many things he got for me. Now I know where I got all "this" from. Love you, Pa! ♥
I'm awfully in love with my jumper. Oh, and if it isn't that obvious, the top part can be detached. I love items that can transform into all sorts of things. Hahahah.
To top all of this denim crazyness. I decided to finish off my look with this denim cap.
Oh yes, I'm obsessed! :P

My birthday is coming up in 6 days! And I don't have any plans! Hahaha. We'll see what happens.

Ultimate Ice Cream Experience

Cliche Alert!! Better late than never! Anyway, let's just get started... So last May 23, 2013, a sneak-peak preview for the media was held at the First Cold Stone Creamery store in Serendra. I'll explain what happened through photos and captions. :)

Can I just say that the interior of their store is really very beautiful? Kudos to whoever designed this!
Just look at how packed the place was! Everyone was excited to get their hands on their Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream and personally feel the ultimate ice cream experience.
Cold Stone Creamery is very different from the regular ice cream shops that you'll find in our country. They have 20 flavors that are made fresh daily, they have very fun mix-ins and they do their magic on a granite stone that is 15 degrees Fahrenheit in temperature! And yes, that's where they got their name! Cool, huh?
Their crew can sing and dance! They actually had an American Idol-ish kind of audition. Hahaha. And they can do all these tossing and flipping with the ice cream. Additional point to the Cold Stone Creamery Team!!
Mr. Michael McGill is the President of International at Kahala, where Cold Stone Creamery is a subsidiary of one of the fastest growing franchising companies in the world.
The ribbon cutting ceremony was led by Mr. Michael McGill (Leftmost) and he was joined by ice cream enthusiast Sabrina Co, Canadian Ambassador Christopher Thornley, US Embassy’s Senior Commercial Service Officer Jim McCarthy, Gretchen Barretto, Boy Abunda and Karylle, along with Arizona Ice Cream COO Yuki Rosenfeld.
And of course, the event was attended by celebrities including:
1. Vicky Morales, RJ Ledesma and Vanessa Ledesma
2. Singer Amber Davis and DJ/Music Producer Marcus Davis
3. Valerie Bondoc with David and Mai Kauffman and their kids.
4. Rambo Nunez, Luis Alandy, Julz Savard and Eri Neeman
5. Karylle, Gretchen Barretto and Boy Abunda
6. Lyxen and Benjie Paras with their kids.
Bloggeeeeers! Hahaha. Hi David, Trice and Seph
And this is my favorite part, Anthony Pangilinan, Karylle and Yael tested their catching skills! And they all caught their ice creams on their first try! Great job! :)

And now let's talk about their delicious, creamy and mouth-watering ice cream! But hey, the photo speaks for itself! So, no need to explain! Hahaha.
Cold Stone Creamery is now open at its first location in Serendra, Bonifacio Global City Taguig with telephone number (02) 846-0460. The second location will soon be opening in the Mall of Asia.

Visit www.coldstonecreamery.com for more details, or like www.facebook.com/coldstoneph.

Another one for the books. And again, I wasn't there to do my "blogger duties". I was a part of the PR Team under Ms. Rochelle Romero! Fun, fun night!

Wish-Granting Factory

“The world is not a wish-granting factory.” -John Green: The Fault in our Stars.
So, I just finished reading this epic book by John Green. And I can't seem to absorb how breathtaking it is. I'm such a sucker for anything inspirational and this is just mind-blowing. I also read that they will be releasing the movie version soon. Let's just wish that the movie will be as legendary as the book. *fingers-crossed*
Onto my outfit... If you'd take away the accessories and all those shizz, you'll see a plain and boring outfit. But that's the deal, being the lazy person that I am, I would at times be really unconcerned with what I'm wearing and I thank the people who  artistically created pieces (and i'm talking about accessories) to help someone like me. HAHAHA.
Can we all take a moment and just stare at this masterpiece??? I mean, c'mon! This is like finding that perfect shoe or piece of clothing you've been dying to have! Hahaha.
And yes, the bag is an envelope clutch and a sling bag in one! You'll definitely see this bag in this bloggy for a million more times.

Pilot Your Life

Before anything else let me just say... Better late than never! So, these photos were taken during the launch of TW Steel's Pilot Collection and "Pilot Your Life" campaign.
The press luncheon was held last May 21 at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel then the Cocktail Party was held at the Mid-way Level 2-3 of the Mall. Moving on, it was fun, exciting and very inspirational. Marvin Agustin, Venus Raj, Coach Rio and Azkals' Chieffy Caligdong was chosen as the "Icons of Inspiration". Knowing their stories and their drive to pursue their dreams and turn them into reality is beyond amazing. I, myself is a self-confessed dreamer. An optimistic one I must say. But there are times that we would feel down and hopeless. However, these Icons chose to continue and work harder to reach their goals. And I believe that everyone should do the same. Never give up!!
Onto the CEO of TW Steel. This one is exciting, did you know that Mr. Jordy Cobelens was a DJ! Yes, you read that right! Before all of this, he was working his stuff and making great music! I'm a big fan of DJs and I once dreamt of being one. Hahaha. I can't seem to absorb how successful and young he is. His passion for what he does is exhilarating.
As expected, the event was attended by the media, celebrities and of course, bloggers!!
During that day, they also opened their newest store! The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by these gorgeous people. TW Steel also has a worldwide promo. If you've purchased a watch from any of their collections, you are entitled to join their promo. And the best part is, the prize is your dream. TW Steel will grant your wish (ex. A car, a house or maybe a new business). Cool right? For full mechanics you can visit their website: HERE
(L-R) Victor Basa, Divine Lee, Phoemela Barranda, Marvin Agustin, TW Steel's CEO Jordy Cobelens, Onemig Bondoc, Chieffy Caligdong, Valerie Bondoc, Marco Alcaraz and Lara Quigaman

I can say that i'm really lucky to be able to listen and see Jordy Cobelens do his thing! Oh and yes, the gorgeous ladies behind him are Ornussa Cadness and Sanya Smith of The Zombettes.
Photos above were taken by Ramon Mangila of Pix Republik
And of course, a photo with the very young and successful CEO of TW Steel, Mr. Jordy Cobelens.
Fan-girl mode: On! They're just to pretty! Hi Sanya and Ornussa! ♥

If you guys are wondering, I wasn't there to do my "blogger duties". I was actually a part of the PR Team under Ms. Rochelle Romero. It feels great to be a part of something this successful. Hopefully, i'd get the chance to do more in the future. ♥
